This means our flock was tested for Salmonella and Avian influenza, and we can now ship eggs/chicks!
Before buying eggs or birds from us, please read the agreement below ๐๐ผ

We offer a live arrival guarantee if you send us pictures of the animals upon arrival. In the rare event that an animal arrives dead, you must send us proof immediately after pickup; otherwise, we cannot offer a refund.
That being said, we only refund the cost of the bird itself. You will still be responsible for the cost of the box and shipping. Please understand that I am a small breeder and cannot afford to cover shipping losses, though many breeders don't offer bird refunds at all!

We do ๐ก๐ข๐ง offer refunds if eggs arrive broken or damaged, and we do ๐ก๐ข๐ง guarantee hatch rates. How eggs are handled during shipping is completely out of our control. However, I will always send pictures of the eggs being candled before shipping to show intact shells and attached air cells. I also test our flock's hatch rates monthly and share photos of the chicks produced from those batches.

If you have purchased eggs or birds from us before, we always reach out to our previous great homes first regarding available stock. If no one claims them, I will post them publicly on the farm page. This applies to all future customers as well! I am creating a group chat for previous buyers so you get first pick of available birds, so be sure to take advantage of it while this system is active.
