For the month of September, we will be helping raise funds to build the new Hudson Library/Historical Room. We have an easy and tasty way for you to help us. Any purchase of our new Beef Sticks (currently Honey BBQ, French Dip, Peach Bourbon and Teriyaki) will pass 10% of that income to the building fund. Each pack of beef sticks will net nearly $1.00 to help the rebuild. Stop in and see how many beef sticks we can eat to help! (Also, be on the lookout for new flavors arriving soon - Apple Cinnamon?!)

Just a couple of guys stopping to pick up their pork and grabbing some beef sticks for the road. However you choose to take your meat home, we'll help load it!

4 new beef sticks have hit the shelves! This is something we've been working towards for a while and last week made our first batches. We hope to be adding to them soon and will be adding a fundraising aspect to this new line as well. Stay tuned for details on who we're supporting with these in September!

Brynn has BBQ Bacon 🥓 and Jalapeno Pineapple 🍍 on the brat stand today. Come see her today or next week as we wrap up brat stand season with our last day July 31st. Don't worry though, we're already working on some new products to fill the gap. Here's a hint - Peahc Bourbon!

A couple of new trials flavors on the brat stand today! Jalapeno Pineapple and BBQ Bacon. Try them out and let us know what you think. Maybe they'll make it to our permanent list.
