The freshest brews hitting the taproom this week include a hazy IPA and a returning fan favorite fruited sour that needs no introduction.

HARVEST KILL is a rich, fruited sour IPA brewed with blackberry, raspberry, Madagascar vanilla beans, and sliced almonds. Creamy, tart, and bursting with flavor. The kind of b**r that tastes even better under open skies with a flight and a view.

LUSH YIELD layers a saturated blend of Simcoe, Citra, Azacca, Elani, and Pacifica into waves of ripe tropical fruit, citrus zest, and soft stone fruit character. Notes of mango nectar, peach rings, candied orange, and lime drift through a pillowy body, while subtle floral and resinous undertones keep the b**r grounded and balanced. At 6.5%, the b**r remains vibrant and approachable, with layered hop intensity that never feels heavy on the palate.

Oktoberfest Pours
Winnow (5.2%) Festbier brewed with a carefully selected blend of Saltzgitter Munich, Vienna, and Pilsen malts, creating a beautifully balanced profile of toasted bread, delicate biscuit, and subtle malt sweetness. A whirlpool addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saphir lends a gentle floral and herbal character, complementing the rich malt backbone with a crisp, clean finish.

Scythe (5.7%) Foeder-fermented Pumpkin Ale brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, and pumpkin atop a smooth foundation of German and Crystal malts. A perfectly tuned harmony of malt sweetness, earthy spice, and a clean, dry finish.

Our fall kitchen menu just dropped and we're really into this one. Staff favorites so far are the Oxtail Poutine, the Baked Camembert, and the Pumpkin Pie Dip. Pair it all with our fall brews or an apple c***r slushie and you've got yourself a fall afternoon in the Warwick Valley.

Two full days of la**rs, festbier, German food specials, stein holding, keg toss, and live music.

Pumpkin Carving Night
Thursday, October 15th • 6PM
Grab a b**r and carve a pumpkin with us. We provide the pumpkin, the tools, and your first drink.

Wild Impressions Hoodie Bleach Dye Workshop
Friday, October 23rd • 6PM
Take a guided walk to forage fall leaves from the property, then press them into a Drowned Lands hoodie with a bleach dye technique for a custom camo design. Hoodie and all materials included.

Trunk or Treat
Sunday, October 25th • 12PM to 4PM
