Yellowstone Limited Ed. 2026 in stock now!! This mix of 7 year and 14 year straight bourbons was finished in ruby port and tawny port casks. It sits at a comfortable 101 Proof/50.5% ABV. Bomberger’s Declaration is a limited release small batch straight bourbon sitting at 108 Proof/54% ABV. Matured in custom toasted and charred Chinquapin oak with the 2026 release also incorporating air dried Hungarian oak. On the palate you get a silky texture with complex cherry core, melted down brown sugar, butter toffee, cocoa powder and earthy oak spice.

Shank’s Homestead, also produced by Michters, is a small batch sour mash wh***ey sitting at 91.2 Proof/45.6% ABV. This rye forward wh***ey hits your palate with toffee, nougat, dried fruit, cinnamon, marshmallow and rye warmth.
