For us, regenerative is a mindset that goes well beyond our farming practices. It’s about finding ways to leave places, resources, and even the things we use every day healthier, stronger, and more useful than we found them.

Case in point: giving our retired wood drying trays a second life as reusable fresh fruit boxes.

💚 Pistachio lovers, this one’s for you! 💚

These dreamy pistachio bars are packed with simple, wholesome ingredients and plenty of nutty crunch. ✨

🌿 Base: Medjool Dates, Raw Cashews, Raw Almonds
💚 Pistachio Butter: Pistachios (Raw, No Shell)
✨ Crunch: Pistachios & Cashews (chopped)
🍫 Finish: Drizzle or dip in your favorite chocolate

How To: Add base layer ingredients to a food processor & process until a dough forms. Press into lined pan. Process the pistachios until smooth and buttery, then spread over the base. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and cashews. Freeze until set, then cut into small bars. Finish with chocolate and enjoy! 🤎

Perfect for a little afternoon treat, snack, or whenever that pistachio craving hits. 💚

Healthy Snacking just got a whole lot easier. Give these No Bake Snack Bars a try!

All you need: raw nuts (we used almonds & cashews), dates or prunes, cocoa powder, organic dried bananas (optional), milk of choice + pinch salt.

Throw everything in your food processor until dough-like. Press into a pan, freeze, top with your favorite melted chocolate. Set, chop into bars and enjoy!

We went for chunky monkey vibes with cocoa powder and dried bananas, but you can really make this your own! Swap in your favorite nuts, dried fruit, or toppings and have fun with it! 🍫🍌

No-bake copycat Twix, but make it a little healthier 🤎✨

Chewy date + almond butter caramel, a buttery almond flour shortbread, and a chocolate coating… basically everything you love about a Twix, made with a few simple ingredients.

And trust me, you’re gonna want to double the batch and keep a stash in the freezer 👀

Shortbread - almond flour, sea salt, coconut oil or melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla

Caramel - almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil or melted butter, dates, vanilla, sea salt

Chop and dip in your favorite melted chocolate, pop them in the freezer to set, and enjoy!

And a little advice: double the batch and keep some in the freezer. You’ll thank us later. 😉
