I had the pleasure of creating a charcuterie table for the retirement celebration of Shannon Nordyke! 🎉

After years of serving students through Middle School Read 180 and the ESL Department for grades 6-12 at Hugoton School District 210 and elementary grades, Shannon is beginning a well-deserved new chapter.

Yesterday, we celebrated a very special birthday—my dad, Coach Witt, turned 67! 🎉

We spent yesterday enjoying a family meal together, and today we finished the celebration with presents and cake. 🎂

I made this 6-inch, 3-layer vanilla sponge cake with strawberry filling, cream cheese frosting, and custom edible images.

Yesterday, I had the honor of creating a charcuterie display for the beautiful wedding of Katie and Noel Camacho at Wild Sage Ranch, LLC.

It truly takes a team to bring these special events to life, and I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Erica at Lynnie’s Nest for the gorgeous fresh flowers that added the perfect touch to the table. A special shoutout as well to Mini Bakes and More for the delicious Cheese Bread and Wyldflour Bakery for the amazing Everything Bagel Parmesan Cheese Bread that complemented the spread so perfectly.
Being a small part of such a meaningful celebration is always a privilege.
