Randy Ten Pas of the Hull Christian School updated the Hull Kiwanis Club on the many changes happening this year at Hull Christian School during the club's Thursday August 27, 2026 meeting at the Hull Pizza Ranch.
The most obvious change is the ongoing facility upgrade construction project that will add 5 new classrooms, new rooms for music and music practice, a science lab, a collaboration commons, and repurpose several existing spaces. The project should be ready for the start of the 2027-2028 school year.
Another big change for the school is the leadership structure. Mr. Ten Pas has served as Principal for many years. This year he is moving up to a newly created position of Head of School. He will be concentrating on institution leadership, school board relations, development and advancement, and operational oversight.
Mr. Anthony Minderhoud has been hired as the new principal who will concentrate on the day-to-day school operations including academic oversight, faculty and staff development, program and resource supervision and organizational engagement.
