We will likely have a gap in our ground beef supply. Please consider these alternatives until we restock, other meat(ground lamb or pork and sausage for spaghetti, pizza, lasagna), other cuts(pre-made 1/4 and 1/3 pound patties, chop or proportioned for single cooking, fajita/stir-frymeat)or grind your own from roast, kabob/stew meat or large steaks. As always call us or contact the cashier for large orders or more options as shelf space is limited. Thankyou for sticking with us.

We are headed to the butcher next month with beef, lamb and pork. If you'd like to claim your own just give a holler or we will have retail pkgs available late March.
Beef and lamb are organically grassfed from our farm. We purchase the hogs from a local grain fed producer.

February is Eat Lamb Month! Lots of lamb in the store and in reserve at the farm. Lots of pork also available, still cool enough for some roasts and getting warm enough for the grill. Give a holler for family affordable, organically managed, grassfed beef and lamb or some delicious locally produced pork. Butcher dates in March for beef and pork if you'd like to fill your freezer 😉
