Strawberry Crunch Roll - same as the OG roll but with a homemade strawberry filling. The crunchy topper is made with crushed Golden Oreos and freeze dried strawberries. They’re so good, yall..🤤

I have 18 cinnies for sale today at DECA Beer Company.

Different pans, different sizes….so there are a few smaller ones for $8. Big’ns are $10.

You can see the natural vanilla bean which is in the icing, filling, and dough. The filling is also made with Vietnamese cinnamon. Four is King Arthur.

These take a long time to make and they’re made with lots of love. Please come buy them. 😁

Tossed a few pies for my mom’s birthday last night. Made with a 24hr poolish (starter) using All Trumps flour. All Trumps being one of the standards in NYC. 65% hydration (1kg flour + 650g water) fermented for almost 48hrs. This creates a dough that falls between NY style and Neapolitan. Sauce is made with canned San Marzano tomatoes.

Cinnies are made with Saigon Cinnamon and natural vanilla bean. They’re soft and gooey and packed with plenty of cinnamon goodness.

Full sandwich menu tonight however I’m only running the M**f tonight and next week and then no mas for the time being. I’ve got some other ideas in the pipe….details coming soon.
