Job Description
Sweat’s Mechtech Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Mechanical Wastewater Foreman to join our team immediately. With over 16+ years of industry experience, we specialize in wastewater and lift station solutions for municipal and industrial applications.

We are looking for someone who is highly dependable, takes initiative, can lead crews confidently, and is able to make important last-minute decisions in the field when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, wastewater experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise crews on wastewater and lift station projects
Perform and oversee:
Welding
Pipe fitting
Mechanical repairs and installations
Pump and equipment maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical and control panels
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in the field
Read blueprints and project layouts
Coordinate with municipalities, contractors, and team members
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Make quick, effective decisions under pressure when unexpected issues arise
Maintain professional workmanship and jobsite standards

Requirements
Experience in wastewater and lift station systems
Municipal wastewater experience preferred
Strong welding and pipe fitting experience
Ability to troubleshoot electrical/control panels
Leadership and crew management experience
Must be highly dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently and problem solve in the field
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed
