Whoever said baking wasn't messy?! I call this Chocolate Surprise. It has a blend of chocolate, peanut butter, oats, and cocoa. Of course you top it off with a caramel drizzle! This is going to our wonderful next door neighbor, whom unfortunately is working on Thanksgiving. Remember, you can always bake someone happy!
