Sharing a few pictures from my kitchen today.

I’ve been wanting homemade buttermilk biscuits for the past few days, so today I finally broke down and made them. Look at those layers! 😍

My daughter grabbed one on her way out the door, and I can’t wait to see my son’s reaction when he gets home. He calls them “little pillows from heaven.” 😆

Nothing like homemade buttermilk biscuits, just the way Janie Bell made them. I could live off Grandma’s biscuits! I might just have biscuits and gravy for dinner tonight.

I made a savory roasted turkey breast and couldn’t resist making sandwiches for my husband and me for lunch today! Roasted turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo piled onto my homemade sourdough. Now that’s my kind of lunch! 😍

Baked my Pumpkin Spiced Sourdough this morning and finally got to cut into a loaf. It’s a recipe I developed and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Just look at that cinnamon ribbon inside! It’s so pretty 😍 It smells amazing, and oh my goodness, it tastes fantastic! 🎃

I’ve been developing a pumpkin spiced sourdough recipe, and the dough smells absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to bake it tomorrow and see how all the flavors come together. 🎃

Fresh out of the oven today. 🤎 Classic Soft Sandwich Sourdough. I love how the leaf scoring opened up on these two loaves—and that golden crust is exactly what I was hoping for.

🥐 Croissant Inspired Sourdough 🥐

Buttery layers folded into naturally leavened sourdough, with that crisp golden crust and soft, layered crumb. ❤️

This one may have earned itself a permanent spot in the rotation because my family keeps requesting it! 😂🫶

So I’m back in the kitchen making another batch. Since I’m already baking, I decided to make a very limited number of extras.
