Hit this with a heavy dose of both malted and flaked oats for a creamy mouthfeel and double dry hopped with 2 of our favorite New Zealand varieties NZ Cascade & Riwaka.

Life In Waves - 7.8% DIPA

Crafted to showcase one of our favorite hops - Nelson Sauvin.

An oat heavy malt bill along with our favorite ale yeast creates a canvas to highlight the fresh citrus, grapefruit pith, and sauvignon blanc wine aromas.

The taste follows suit with notes of white wine, grapefruit, and crushed gooseberry along with an earthy finish.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cheesecake Stinger - 5.6% Sour

Stinger is back! We decided to go all out on this one loading this beer with cherry purée, freeze dried cherry powder, cacao nibs, Tahitian vanilla beans, & cream cheese powder. Cheesecake in a glass. Keep cold at all times.

Scientific Method V2 🧪

Scientific Method features a dry hop of Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic Cryo atop a bed of Pilsner, Golden Promise, Wheat, & Oats.

Following a carefully managed fermentation with a Thiolized version of our choice hazy strain from , the resulting beer is punchy and unleashes vibrant grapefruit, passionfruit, and pink guava notes.

We will can some of this up for friends and family to grab for free.

Our Helles style Oktoberfest offering. Brewed with traditional German Malt and Noble hops. Lagered for 8 weeks and naturally carbonated.

The beer is a crusher. Super bready with some supporting bitterness from the Hallertau Mittelfruh we used. Perfect beer for the changing seasons. Prost!
