I have no idea how the McKinleys at the Huntingdon country club does not have a line wrapped around the building at all times. The food is delicious and every time we’ve ordered, there is nothing that we don’t like. Not one thing. Coming from Tampa where we had the best food, it’s been a challenge to find good food around here that isn’t the same as every other place. 14 different variations of pizza, subs, and sandwiches gets old after awhile. We are tired of running to Altoona or state college everytime we want a different type of meal.

You can tell a lot of thought went into their menu, including premier ingredients and flavor profiles unlike anything else you can find around here. This fig and goat cheese salad is phenomenal. Their wings- bomb! Bo loved their pesto chicken sandwich. Stuffed grilled cheese- holy moly! The shredded beef- ain’t no fat in that, baby! And my baby loves everything her gums will allow her to eat. You can order on door dash. You don’t need a membership to eat here. It’s open to the public if you wanted to eat on site. And if you wanted to enjoy some cocktails, you can get a social membership. (In case anyone thought you had to be a member to eat here.)

Anyways, in a time when these fast food joints are charging astronomical prices for fast subpar food, we need to start propping these other local restaurants up who are just about the same cost.
