Sirco was one of the vendors that helped Frontier Group with their New Chemical Processing Line. Sirco's waste treatment systems were used at both of Frontier Groups locations, giving them a Closed Loop Recycling System (pictured below) CLRS-30-1T at the Chino Valley location and CLRS-70-1T at the Phoenix location..

SIRCO DI-10 Water Treatment System is designed for providing De Ionized water for process makeup and additions and final rinses in cleaning, processing and metal finishing solution processing applications. These self-regenerating Systems are available in many sizes and are available with pre and post filtration, and quality light or optional digital TDS monitoring with alarms. These rugged systems will produce water up to 1 meg-ohm quality.
All components are assembled on a powder-coated welded steel frame with mounting feet and all SCH 80 PVC plumbing. The regeneration heads are high-quality ceramic sealed units that are fully guaranteed for 5 years of trouble-free service. The automatic regeneration sequencing is done with standard acid and caustic concentrates, and is accomplished with a simple push of a button. Systems up to 70 gpm are available.

CLRS-20 Fully Automatic Dual Train IX Rinse Water Recycle System
This system is designed for fully automatic operation using air operated control valves for higher flow and enhanced operation control. It is a dual train IX system including a back-washable carbon pre-filtration stage.

All operations are controlled from the Touch-Screen control panel including fully-automatic regeneration sequencing controls.
