Guys, grab extra strawberries when you go to the store cause you’re gonna want to make these, I promise!🍓

These bakery-style Strawberry Streusel Muffins are soft, fluffy, and loaded with juicy strawberries.

The buttery, cinnamon crumble on top adds and just the right amount of crunch just like the muffins you grab from your favorite bakery.

But dare I say, these are even better, because you can whip up a whole dozen for basically the price of 1!

Plus , they freeze beautifully for quick breakfast or after school snacks.

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel ✨

During summer break, we decided to take our kids to check out the NEW Disneyland Villas at the Disneyland Resort, and it did not disappoint!

No parks this trip, but honestly we didn’t miss them. I know, crazy! Instead, we focused on the pool time.

We spent 6 hours(!!!) at the pool. That’s the longest I’ve been by any pool ever in my life🤣 but we LOVED IT!

The Monorail Waterslides are wild (trust me, I know- I went on them both! Even a cast member told me he rarely sees moms on them😅) They were incredible!

And then to be able to just head up to a gorgeous room at the end of our pool time was icing on the cake.

We stayed in a 1-Bedroom Villa and guys, check out that fireworks view from our balcony!🎆 Absolutely stunning.

Happy (belated)Anniversary to us!

About 21 years ago, we visited to celebrate our first year of dating.

Now, 19 years married, we revisited with our 3 children in tow.

It’s been such a wild ride. Many ups, some downs, but beyond blessed to go through all of it together💖

*some fun notes about these pictures.: Our 4 year old took our picture (she did fantastic!) and we found out our 12 year old really enjoys reading newspapers lol. I had to Google where to find newspapers and just FYI, 7-11 sells them 😂 also, this is our wedding song🥰

A junior higher, a 4th grader, and a TK’er 😍

Can’t believe summer is over and school is back in session! 📚

Praying for all the teachers and students this 25/26 school year!

May this school year be full of growth, friendships, safety, and reminders that we’re all doing our best in life.

Also, prayers for parents that are sending off their babies to TK/Kinder or sending them on their way to their senior year. In high school. Both bittersweet positions to be in.

One Pot Pizza Pasta! 🍕

Fun Fact: I LOVE pizza and pasta! I mean, I'm sure most people do right lol? But today's my birthday, so I figured this would be the perfect birthday dinner for me - I get the best of both worlds!

The best part about this recipe is that you can add your favorite pizza toppings into this one pot dinner: Pineapple, bell peppers, olives, jalapenos, artichokes, bacon, mushrooms, you name it!

🍌Fluffy Banana Bread Muffin Tops 🍌

What started as an experiment of banana cookies (I had some black bananas that needed to be used) turned out to be something even better!

My youngest son took a bite out of one and said, “These taste like banana muffins, not cookies!” And sure enough, they were way too fluffy and tender to be cookies.

And the best part is that no muffin tin or muffin pan is needed for this recipe. Plus, you can freeze half of the dough to save for quick breakfasts or snacks later!

So if you have some brown bananas and 20 minutes to spare, give this recipe a go!

Copycat Starbucks Chicken Salad 🥪

Does anyone remember the delicious tarragon chicken salad that Starbucks used to make?!

I worked at Starbucks from 2003-2010 and let me tell you, there were a few food items that would go fast, and this sandwich was one of them!

I’d have customers at 4 in the morning asking for these sandwiches and they would always sell out well before lunchtime!

It took me about a year to actually try it (they were expensive, even with our partner discount 😫) but boy did I get the hype!

And like all things that does, they discontinued it. So I decided to make a copycat version!

Their original version comes with cranberries but my kids like grapes so that’s the only difference, so you can make that straight swap-out if you’d like!
