so so blessed that I was able to spend my 22nd birthday in Paris 🤍

This city is so special to me. It inspired me to create the desserts that I do today and continues to inspire me each time I go. Making vegan French desserts did not come easily and developing my recipes came from lots of research and learning techniques from talented chefs and exploring places around the world, such as France, to learn the secrets to French pastry making. Baking to me is like an art and that’s why I find so much joy in doing it.

La reverie translates to daydream; the dreaming or imagining of pleasant events. It’s what I do everyday to create this life and I hope others can dream and see their dreams and pleasant imaginations come to life as well.

This is our coffee tart made of a rich coffee frangipane filling and topped with coffee-infused cream encased in a delicate pastry crust 🤍☕️

I will never compromise the quality of my ingredients which is why everything is always made from scratch with organic ingredients and made without refined sugar!
