We NEVER compromise on quality. We test the quality of our water daily and change our filters every 1-2 months, sometimes twice/month, based on the volume of water being produced. Our high-frequency of filter changes is un-heard of in our industry, as it is more customary to change filters out every 8-12 months. Additionally, our purification system was custom-built with a higher number of filters and more reverse osmosis membranes than is standard in our industry. Each component of our system was hand-picked through consultation with leading Water Experts in our industry to ensure only the highest standard in water & ice product. Aside from our numerous US-Premium Industrial-grade filters, which remove organic matter and debris down to 3 microns (can't even be detected by the human eye), we also utilize the industry's leading Reverse Osmosis technology which removes harmful elements such as Fluoride, Chlorine, Ammonia, Chloramines and much more. The final stage in our extensive purification process is a Germicidal UV light, which is used in the Medical Field to disinfect medical/surgical equipment by destroying bacteria, micro-organisms, mold spores and germs. Although by the time we even get to this final stage, our water is so clean that this stage is not necessary, we implemented UV as insurance measure to provide only the highest-quality water for your consumption.
