We have a ton of nettles on our farm and want to offer them for u-pick by donation. Stinging Nettle is rich in vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin C. Great as tea, or cooked in a stir fry or soup. Nettles support energy levels, healthy skin and hair, and seasonal allergy relief. A great postpartum herb!
