More WV Hot Dog Blog history from the wayback machine:

20 years ago this month we were reviewing a series of Dairy Queen locations around the state. We learned that there were two different kind of DQ franchises, those who were free to serve hot dogs with chili and slaw and those who were restricted to the corporate Coney Dogs.

There's a link to the whole month's posts in the comments. How many of these are still around?

Come on people! You need to put your location in posts if you want customers to find you. Mountain State Merchant Mall? 90% of people in West Virginia have no earthly idea where this is.

20 Years ago today our intrepid We**ie Wonks ventured "out Wayne" to test the hot dogs at the Wayne Family Restaurant. Does anyone know if this place is still there?

20 years ago today we reviewed the hot dogs at the Bridgeport location of T&L Hot Dogs. It was before we started the We**ie Rating System, but they certainly were worthy of at least 4 We**ies.

We can't believe that Super We**ie is leaving downtown Charleston. We're old enough to remember when they were first slinging slaw at Davis Park. Now where you gonna get your hot dogs downtown Charleston workers?
