We were back in Selden tonight for an Arturo Fuente cigar event. On the menu on this special evening was orecchiette with homemade sweet sausage, sun dried tomatoes with broccoli rabe, chicken francese, shrimp scampi, sautéed zucchini, broccoli with onions and rice pilaf.

We were at Mr To***co in Selden for a Padron cigar event. On the menu was orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe, marinated grilled skirt steak, jerk chicken, garlic mashed potatoes and gorgonzola salad. The food was plentiful and the ci**rs were outstanding.

We catered a 70th birthday celebration in East Meadow this evening. On the menu was passed frankfurters, sausage pepper & onions, ribs, brisket, teriyaki quinoa with roasted vegetables, burnt broccoli, street corn and rice & beans. In the blow up pub was a fajita station and gorgonzola salad.
