Had some roma tomatoes in the fridge I needed to use before going bad, so, I made sun dried tomatoes using the oven of course LOL.

So, I love when you order one type of seed and it is not at all what is growing and then trying to investigate what it is that it produced lol! I had ordered sweet baby pumpkin and what looks to be growing is Cushaw squash. If anyone has any idea let me know.
This is what I get for not ordering some of my seeds from a reputable source.....lesson learned 🙃 🤣

Busy busy! Finishing day and packaging for a batch of rabbit, cut up and froze 9lbs of melon, got more brioche dough raising to bake tomorrow, and now making and canning bread and butter pickles. Oh yah, and we have a batch of rabbit bone broth going and baked 4 loaves of zucchini bread! I will sleep good tonight!

We are slowly recovering from the stupid virus here. Way better than we were. I have a leftover cough and Kris is recovering from a touch of pneumonia. So, in the meantime did some more canning and planting of summer seeds.

When you have been down all week and now catching up with pickling 20 lbs of cucumbers 🥒, You keep coming up with more recipes to not waste any vegetables that you work so hard to grow! Garlic dill pickles, bread n butter pickles, and now relish!
