We think what makes a good food vendor stand out from a ✨great✨ food vendor is knowing when the job isn’t right for us. The right thing to do is pass it along to the experts who can execute it correctly. Even if this means we don’t land the client.

Plated steak and lobster? That’s not us but we know what caterer to call for that. Pasta bar? Not really our jam but we know multiple people who do it well.

Never would we ever take a gamble on a thing we’ve never done before and especially on a big day like a wedding. You should feel confident that your caterer knows what to do with such a large part of your investment.

Some of what we can and will execute correctly (because we’ve done them a thousand times):
