Graze Charcuterie Co is CLOSING at the end of the month!!!!
As I write this post, I am so humbled and grateful for the past five years--I started Graze during Covid, after my personal situation changed and I was faced with being a single mom to my two beautiful babies. After being out of the workforce as a stay-at-home mom for several years, I knew I wanted to be able to provide for my children, but I also needed to maintain autonomy in being able to set my own schedule and continuing to be able to show up for my kiddos.
It was pure fate that charcuterie was trending and my background consisted of food, customer service, and internet marketing.
When I decided to take the leap into starting Graze, I very much had mixed feelings from those closest to me, about whether it was a good idea for me to take this on or not. But I knew it was and I was right!
I announced my opening right around Mother's Day and when I say Huntsville/Madison showed out with orders...it was insane!
The next few years, from that point, is mostly a blur because of how incredibly busy I stayed!
I introduced grazing tables (on a massive scale) to Huntsville and created a charcuterie class curriculum--two of my favorite accomplishments!
At some point, I noticed this guy kept showing up to my classes π
, which led to one of the best things I will have to take away from Graze. I am so lucky to have landed my husband Jim. He is an incredible man and I will forever ponder how the moon and all the stars had to align perfectly for us to meet. β₯οΈ
In the past five years, Graze Charcuterie Co has become something I never could have imagined! I've met a ton of wonderful people along the way and I will always be grateful to every single one of you for supporting me through it all. I don't need to live life as a one-man show, in survival mode, and stretched so thin, anymore. I am getting back to having time with my kiddos be the top priority. And I hope yall will be happy for me for it!
I will still be hosting some private events around town, including classes--and who knows what else is in store--so this isn't really a goodbye, just a see you later!
I love you all and thank you again, SO MUCH! β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ
