We have been anxiously waiting for Poppy to lamb!! These are the first lambs out of our new ram Handsome!! A ram and ewe lamb and the first set of twins Poppy has had!

We have 6 missing yearling heifers! 2 all black, 1 black baldy, 2 black motley, and 1 blonde! Turquoise tags that say Rudolph Farms . Numbers 3, 12,15, 21, 44, and Miss Moolee. Our number is on the back of the tags as well.

When the vet has ordered 45 days of rest for you so the little human thinks it’s the perfect time for you to become her baby!!

Never a dull moment.. Ferdinand has hurt his baby maker so it has to be doctored. Of course the top hand has to take photos ! Now we could use some prayers that he will come out of this and still be able to breed.

And just like that Fern finishes calving season by giving me a birthday heifer!!!

We are so close to being done calving! #5 had this little heifer a couple days ago (she’s very shy and doesn’t like to show us her babies) and Montana had another little heifer yesterday!!!
Now we are only waiting on Fern and we will be done!!!
