Will soon begin experimenting with gluten free flour. I've done before when I first got my Health Department certification and was setting up at Lowe Mill but was not a big demand. Any advice or recommendations on gluten free flour? I think I used King Arthur brand. I now use White Lily Unbleached Self-rising flour that contains a non-aluminum baking powder. I've received a couple requests recently and may try again. Input appreciated.

If any of my friends see one of these in a thrift store or antique shop at a more reasonable price than ebay, please get in touch with me. I have one that was gifted to me in the late 90's and make my Aunt Polly's Cheese Straws with it, but would like a backup or extra one in case I need some extra help. Thanks in advance. I'll even throw in some cheese straws to anyone who finds a reasonably priced one for me.

I would like to thank everyone who bought my homemade cheese straws at Gingerbread Marketplace yesterday. I completely sold out. I apologize to those who missed out for being sold out of the bags of Original and Pepperjack. I'll remember to bake few more next time. The holidays are approaching and Special Occasion party tray orders are always welcome with at least 24 hours notice. I love baking them, but most of all, l love that you enjoy them and trust me to bake them for you. Thank you Stephanie Connor for the great event yesterday and allowing me to participate again.

Cheese straws anyone? Twelve recipes so far. Eight more to go; one for extra bags of Original recipe and seven pre-order trays. If you're having chili on this cool weekend coming up, these pair great dipped or broken on top. I'll have Original Sharp Cheddar, Pepperjack and Cracker Barrell Vermont White Cheddar.
