Your wedding dinner doesn’t have to taste like a wedding dinner. 🙃

KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN
Sticky gochujang-glazed chicken
sesame rice
Asian cabbage + mint slaw
fresh herbs + toasted sesame seeds

Oh, and did we mention… It’s hand-fried, made from scratch with real ingredients AND naturally gluten-free! An absolute crowd favorite.

And yes, that’s our actual food. No AI required. 😉

Calling this charcuterie doesn’t quite do it justice…

We’ve always loved the architecture at Stone Haven, so for this one, we wanted the food to feel like it belonged in the space, not like it was simply set up in it.

Months of planning. Hours of prep. Thousands upon thousands of grapes threaded by hand with sewing needles and wire (yes, really). Every single ingredient and platter was designed with intention.

It takes a slightly unreasonable amount of work to make something look this effortless. And we absolutely love it.

We don’t just set the table. We make sure it’s remembered. 😉

Community over competition. Every. Single. Time.

One of our favorite parts of this industry is celebrating each other’s successes. Today we had the pleasure of attending Mason Dixon’s first Afternoon Tea, and it was a beautiful reminder that there’s room for all of us to grow, create, and inspire one another.

Rachel, Chef Tera, Annabelle and the whole team: thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating such a thoughtful, memorable experience. From the beautiful presentation to the incredible food, every detail was so well done.

As fellow caterers, it’s easy to see each other as competition. But days like today remind us that supporting one another makes our entire community stronger. We left feeling inspired, grateful, and excited to continue raising the bar together.

If you’re looking for a truly special way to spend a Tuesday afternoon, Mason Dixon’s Afternoon Tea Experience is held on Tuesdays at 2:00 PM by reservation only. It’s absolutely worth experiencing!

The months of design and planning were so worth it for this one!

The Arizona wedding demand started sooner than we anticipated, and getting to create our very first Arizona Statement Table for The Santners made it extra special. We loved working alongside such an incredible vendor team to bring the vision to life!
