Starting back in the early 90′s my father made his tasty hot and sweet pickles for our family and friends. We used to eat them with various kinds of sandwiches; but especially, turkey sandwiches during Thanksgiving. I started making similar pickles as my father's in the 90's. Then in 2000 I increased the heat to create a perfect blend of hotness and sweetness. Since then the demands for my pickles
grew more and more with family and friends across the states. This continued for three years and that, mi amigo, gave me the confidence and motivation to start my company. In 2003 I decided to bite the bullet and form Savory Treats, Inc. to make more Pablo’s Pickles and get them out to the market. Since then my pickles have made their way to local grocery stores, gift shops and some restaurants in Huntsville, my home town Clarksdale, MS and a few other distant cities. Year after year sales have grown just by word of mouth to old and new customers. Since the growth has been so strong, I'm taking the next step to get them into larger markets. Irons are in the fire and things are beginning to shake and move. Only the good Lord knows what will happen next. Hopefully, Pablo’s Pickles will be available in stores near you soon. Alabama:
