We promised big beef news! 🥩

We’ve been hearing from a lot of folks looking for locally raised Whole and Half Beef.

But as our regulars know... we already can’t keep up with demand for our 100% grass-fed beef. So, we’ve gotten a little creative.

We’re offering pasture-raised Black Angus Whole and Half Beef from our local farm partner, Nooherooka Natural. We’ve gotten to know their farm well, as they also carry our pasture-raised poultry. 🐓

These cows are:
🐂 Born and raised in North Carolina
💛 Humanely cared for
🌱 Rotationally grazed on pasture
🌾 Given supplemental feed grown on the farm
🥩 Dry-aged for extra flavor and tenderness

Want to know exactly where your meat comes from? It’s possible! 🐖

Our monthly meat and poultry CSA subscribers don’t have to wonder. They know their farmer, they know where their food comes from, and when we get the chance, we invite them out to the farm to see it for themselves.

These folks met our family, got to know the pigs, and got all their questions answered.

One of the best parts of buying meat directly from a local farmer is having that connection. It makes us happy when we can get to know our customers better, and we love that so many of you are interested in seeing the farm and learning how your meat is raised.

We’re always happy to answer questions and help you feel confident about what you’re feeding your family. That’s the only way we’d have it here.
