The nighttime temperatures are now warm enough to warrant planting all the plants! I am going against my mom’s rule of waiting to plant tomatoes and peppers until June first!

A friend gave me this recipe for Rhubarb Slush and all my grandkids and kids love it!
Rhubarb Slush
8 cups Rhubarb. 2 quarts water
3 cups sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice
1 small box strawberry jello

Boil Rhubarb and water until Rhubarb is soft, strain (save liquid) add the sugar, lemon juice, jello to liquid- stir and freeze! Add sprite or 7-up to frozen mixture to desired thickness to make slushies!
