There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to lettuce. It’s all about what you make of it! 🥬

Our farm is harvesting lettuce at all sizes because we’ve found that each stage of growth offers different qualities and more opportunities in your kitchen. Petite lettuces are as small as 2-3”, but they’re incredibly tender. In this case, less size can sometimes mean more, depending on your application. The next size up, Ultra, is 3-4”, lending a little more stature and more complex flavors. Baby sizing, at 4-6”, gives you the most dimension on a plate and body in a bite, with the uncompromising flavor of how good lettuce should taste.

Every stage has something different to offer. All you have to do is choose the size that fits best for your next dish. Contact your Product Specialist or shop with us directly on our website at chefs-garden.com to explore our lettuces!

Did you know that potatoes were the first ever vegetable to be grown in space?! We can’t say our potatoes were grown in space, but we can certainly say that they are out of this world!

We grow a plethora of potato varieties in many varying sizes, from some the size of a baseball to others the size of a small pebble! Each variety we grow is selected for flavor and grown in our loose, sandy loam, where regenerative farming practices help build the health of the soil and ultimately impact the quality and flavor of the tuber harvested from it. This ensures that when our potatoes make it to your plate, your diners will experience the shockingly great potential of a potato with every bite, transformed through your own creativity in the kitchen.
