🎁 Peppermint- Our red and white swirled shells are a show stopper! Our peppermint macarons are filled with a peppermint buttercream and then dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with candy cane dust!

🎁 Mocharons- A crowd favorite that’s a bite of energy and sweetness! Filled with real espresso buttercream that will please all the chocolate and coffee lovers out there!

🎁 Gingerbread- Our spiced shells are filled with a gingerbread buttercream!
Then we decorated each macaron with icing and sprinkles! We think you’ll love our perfect take on a holding classic treat!

Say hello to our Praline macarons! These sweet treats are filled with a brown sugar buttercream and pieces of homemade praline for a delicious combination!

Pralines can be traced back to Louisiana in the mid-1700’s, brought over by French settlers. While they are not a traditional Hispanic dish, they were some of my grandmother’s favorite treats to have when she was younger. Her parents were 1st generation immigrants from Mexico, and I want to honor their legacy and my heritage.

Here are our Biscochito macarons! For these macarons, they shells are infused with anise, filled with a cinnamon-anise buttercream, and topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar!

Biscochitos are butter cookies flavored with sugar, cinnamon, and anise. In the year of 1989, it became the official state cookie of New Mexico. This act made New Mexico the first U.S. state to have an official state cookie.

The cookie was developed by residents of New Mexico over the centuries from the first Spanish colonists of what was then known as Santa Fe de Nuevo México. The recipe for making biscochitos has been greatly influenced not only by local and indigenous customs but also by recipes shared by immigrants from other Hispanic countries.

This is our Mexican Chocolate Macaron! We have filled the shells with a cayenne-infused chocolate buttercream for a spicy and delicious treat!

Remnants of chocolate have been discovered in some Mayan ruins. Some glyphs created by the Mayas suggest that chocolate consumption was in full flow by at least the year 1750BC.

The Aztecs took the reins from the Mayans. The Aztecs placed great importance on the cacao beans. It was the Aztecs who introduced the word chocolate to the English language, through Spanish first, as it was originally written as ‘chocolātl’, ‘xocolatl’ or ‘xocoátl’.

Happy Hispanic heritage month everybody! We are back with some brand new Macarons flavors to honor my family’s heritage! I am 4th generation Mexican-American, so this month I wanted to honor my family and my ancestors. So with every flavor profile I’m going to give you a little history behind these classic Mexican treats!

🥜🍫Peanut Butter and Chocolate- These shells are filled with a peanut butter buttercream surrounded by a chocolate ganache! One bite could satisfy any sweet tooth…but why stop at just one bite?!

☕️Mocharons - Any espresso lovers ❤️ out there?! Then you’ll need to try these macarons! Filled with a mocha buttercream that is made with real espresso, it will give you a kick of sweet and power!
