Congratulations Remi and Charlie 🎉

Remi decided last night was the night! Mom and pups are doing well, they’ve been nursing and snuggling and bonding with their sweet momma and I’m so happy we made the decision to have one more litter to keep a Remi pup with us 🥰

I can’t believe we are already at the 5 week mark! They’ve grown SO MUCH in one week and are starting to look more toddler than newborn. They are loving mealtimes but still enjoy spending some time with mom and the milk bar. They’re picking up on all the things we’ve been doing from “here” to taking steps up and down and even doing good going out the doggy door to potty 👏 I’m excited for next week when we will introduce the puppy pool.

We are entering the piranha stage! Pups are 4 weeks old, each of them is right around 5lbs and now that their adorable sharp little teeth are coming in strong they’ve officially been introduced to puppy mush which was a big messy hit that made nap time last a little longer 🥳 Their social skills and playfulness are starting to shine so Ryder chose a play shoot for puppy pictures this week since he’s been my helpful unpaid assistant. We included the lower dog bed to add a step up step down for them to overcome, multiple balls and a Benebone and at the end each one got to get a little messy in the mush 🫣

The yellow collar female, green collar female, light pink collar female, red collar and black collar male have been claimed 🏡

Now that the pups are 3 weeks old, have their eyes open, are responding to sounds, have started to learn to walk more steadily and have been doing so well with Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction we are going accepting applications and once approved, deposits to find these babies their homes 🏡

With so many referrals and tags (thank you all that share and recommend us) I decided to go ahead and share Remi and Charlie’s LAST litter announcement.

Remi was going to retire after her last litter in 2024 but if y’all know Peyton you know he loves the hounds and watching Autumn grow up with Ruby we have agreed to one more litter from Remi in order to keep one of her babies to raise with her so we can keep a part of her with us always 💞

These pups have grown so much in just a week! They’ve already started opening their eyes and peeking around, started to stand up and crawl/walk around (and sometimes tip over which is adorable) and started to learn they can make noises on purpose 🫣😂

Monday we will start to go down our waitlist to match some of them with their new families and find out who will still be looking for their own home 🏡
