Hudson Deer Processing Hudson Deer Processing opened in 2002. Owner Operator -Jason Hudson. Full service deer processing. We do however, charge for gutting and caping deer.

We offer specialty items such as smoked link, fresh link, patty, and summer sausage, as well as jerky and snack sticks. We do NOT charge to skin your deer, nor do we charge by deer weight. Come by and check us out. Thanks,

Memorial Service for my brother Kevin Hudson. Auburn Heights Baptist Church 4207 Auburn Rd. Phenix City,AL. Thursday Sept. 3rd. Visitation 1pm - 2pm. Service 2pm. Enter in the back building.

Thank you to everyone for a great season! We will be open until February 28th. Hours of pick up are 10am to 5pm CST Monday thru Saturday. Sundays are 1pm to 5pm. Sale date for unclaimed deer will be on March 1st starting at 9am.
