Biscuit's BBQ and Catering is bringing big flavor to HarrodsBurger Week with The Biscuits BBQ Smash!

This mouthwatering burger starts with a premium brisket beef blend smashed over shaved white onions, then layered with crispy bacon, your choice of melted cheese, and Biscuits BBQ’s signature homemade smash burger sauce. It’s all served hot between two thick slices of buttery, golden Texas toast!
