We're looking forward to having Classical Revolution ICT back in the brewery this Thursday during Third Thursday!

Well, this will be a first.

Wundeshön, a German-style oompah band, is coming to Beethoven & Beer. And honestly, taking Beethoven out of the concert hall and into the pub feels pretty fitting.

This may be a new experience for Classical Revolution ICT, but what could be more Beethoven & Beer than German folk music in a brewery?

Way to nail the assignment, Wundeshön.

Due to high chances of severe weather tonight, music and food truck have been cancelled tonight. We will continue serving beers and pizzas through the evening unless it gets really nasty.

In honor of the wheat harvest being in full tilt, we're featuring wheat beers this week!

Brewed and dry-hopped with Amarillo, Blue Jay is an American wheat beer with a clean malt presence, crisp body, and an extra dose of orange peel and citrus on the notes from the hops.

Bobwhite is our take on a classic American Wheat ale featuring a light body, clean malt character, and bright citrus notes from the use of American Cascade hops.

Both beers are available on tap and in cans to take home!

This Friday, May 15th, we will be opening a little later at 4 pm, as opposed to our usual 3 pm.

The heating element in our oven fried yesterday so we will unfortunately not have any pizzas or pretzels until next week. There are no food trucks scheduled for this weekend so please consider bringing your own food if joining us for dinner time. You're also more than welcome to have food delivered to the taproom.
