Cheeseburger sliders 🍔
Very good! 👌🏼
Time: Approx 1 hr 15 min
* 2 pounds Bx Cattle ground beef, thawed
* 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tsp onion powder, split
* 2 tsp garlic powder, split
* 1 tsp salt, split
* 1 tsp pepper, split
* 1 pack slider rolls (12 rolls)
* 2 tbsp butter
* 4 pieces sliced cheese
Copycat Big Mac sauce-
* 1/2 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
* 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles (or relish)
* 1 tbsp pickle juice (or white vinegar)
* 2 tbsp ketchup
* 2 tsp mustard
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* Salt and pepper
Heat oven to 400°. Using a 9x13 pan, line it with parchment paper and press ground beef into the bottom of the pan. Make sure it is evenly flattened into the pan in order to make one large hamburger patty.
Top ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let set about 5 minutes, drain any excess grease.
Heat oven to broil. Flip entire patty over in pan, top with other half of seasonings and broil beef for 15 minutes.
While beef is cooking, prepare sliders by cutting rolls in half and laying bottom half in a 9x13 pan or cooking sheet.
Once beef is done, layer bottom half of slider rolls with sliced cheese, then beef patty and top with pickles and onions (or whatever toppings you prefer). Place top half of rolls onto sliders.
Melt butter, combine with garlic powder and salt. Brush over top of sliders. Then with a tented piece of foil over the sliders, bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Let set five minutes, top sliders inside upper part of roll with Big Mac sauce and serve hot. Enjoy!
