What really hooked me about making wine and mead was the rush of excitement I felt imagining what I could make, wanting to experiment and try everything. Before long I had 30+ one gallon carboys going at a time fermenting everything I could get my hands on!

I want to share that excitement and that drive to experiment and create. And the best way I know how is to explore the flavors together and show you some of the possibilities as well as things you might need to know when making them. So I'm starting a video series called "Flavors With Steve".
