What a week! 😊 Sunday night the news broke that we were selected as the winning ice cream flavor for the University of Minnesota's 175th Anniversary! It been an exciting and busy week of interviews, pod casts and meet & greets! We are so thankful for the University choosing our flavor idea and letting us be a part of their Anniversary celebration!🎉
Every gallon made contains Aronia berries from our farm! 🫐☺️

The University of Minnesota put out a challenge ahead of its 175 anniversary.
