Good Morning!! It's Hunting Season even if the temperature outside doesn't reflect that! 😀

A few reminders for this year:
* We accept Whole, Quarter, and Boneless Deer.
* Whole Deer should come in field dressed (Gutted)
* We prefer to skin the Deer ourselves, as it keeps everything so much cleaner! Please leave the Head on!!!
* Please have your printed paper tag or electronic confirmation number handy at time of drop off.
* After Hour Drop offs available!! Please note we do take Sunday mornings off, but will meet you after 2 pm.
* Lucky enough to get one that needs to hang on the wall? No problem! We can cape it for you! Local Taxidermists recommend us!
* Other than Steaks & Roasts, we also offer a variety of flavored Summer Sausage, Snack Sticks, Bologna, Brats, Sausages, and Deer Burger!

Chicken Bacon Ranch and Chicken Cordon Bleu Links, just in time for the holiday weekend!! Visit our booth at the Farmer's Market (Kansas Grown Inc.) to sample these delicious brats!
Or beat the heat and stop at our Delano location (1711 W. Douglas) to pick up a pack!

📢Reminder: We will not be at the Farmer's Market this Weekend! Make sure to head over to our Delano location (1711 W. Douglas) for your PF favorites!

It's suppose to be a hot one this weekend. We recommend firing up the grill and keeping the heat outside. 😀. Grilled Chicken Hindquarters are a delicious option for the weekend! We have a variety of flavors available, all preseason ready for the grill.
Another delicious option is a BLT!! We have a ton of flavored Bacon if you want to spice things up. My favorite is the Jalapeno Bacon but the Peppered and Angry Bacon are another great option!

Sausage Spotlight (16/38): Chipotle Fiesta
Not only do these brats have that nice smoky flavor from the chipotle peppers that adds a hint of heat, thats not too overwhelming, you also get the brightness of the fresh cilantro! Making these brats incredibly versatile! You can enjoy them in a variety of dishes such as Rice Bowls with sautéed onions and peppers, or on a bun! They are also a great protein option for a Salad or Pasta! So many delicious options, so go ahead and get creative, and let these sausages be the star of your next meal!

If you're like me and heading into school schedules, you're trying to find easy, healthy, and quick breakfast options. I love making a bunch of Breakfast Sandwiches that I can stick in the freezer! These are so easy and the kiddos love them!

I whisk a dozen of our Farm Fresh eggs, add a cup of Whole Milk, and Salt & Pepper to taste. Pour into a greased 9X13 and bake at 350 for 15 mins, stir and bake another 10-12 min until eggs are set.
While the eggs are baking you can toast the English Muffins.
Cut the eggs into squares (however many you need - or you can do circles or fun shapes), then you're ready to assemble. English Muffin, Cheese, Egg Square, Sausage Patty - We love using the Phil's Farm Smoked German Patties since they are already fully cooked! You could also use the Smoked Breakfast Patty option. *you can always level up these sandwiches with some Cooked Bacon or our Fully Cooked Canadian Bacon!
Then Wrap each Sandwich individually and freeze!

To reheat: Microwave from frozen for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes flipping halfway through.

So easy and so delicious!
