My large black storage container, on wheels with telescoping handle, was stolen from my pit. It contained tons of miscellaneous bbq items like wireless thermometers, cutting board, tongs, food warmers, aprons, etc. A lot of which was camo. (Mossy oak and Realtree designs). If, by any chance you encounter this new collection of stuff, please let me know!!

Looking for anyone who has a large trailer smoker (to be pulled behind a truck) that is willing to let it be used on July 10th & 11th. I will pick up and drop off if needed. We have 4 large ones for the benefit so far but I could definitely use a couple more as a backup due to the amount of meat we are smoking. Message me if you have one or know of one I can borrow.

Is anyone willing to donate, or know anyone who could donate, a truckload of wood (mesquite, oak, etc) to be used when we BBQ for the benefit for Sgt. Chris Kelley? Please Share this post and help get the word out. The benefit is on the 11th so we'd need it a couple days before then.

Back to the basics!!! Last minute decision to fight thunderstorms and enter a cookoff!! Man, pit, beer and hopefully good luck!! At the Blue Santa BBQ Cookoff in Round Rock! No big production, no sponsorships, no sunshine or dry weather for 48 hours!! I LIKE it!!

Sure, we cook for braggin' rights but at the end of the day, it's all about having a good time with good friends with good food...and, let's not forget, always for a good cause!
