Cam o'fishally turned ONE this weekend & I was OBSESSED with creating this full set of goodies! I love them all, but the worm cookie might be my favorite 🪱 🎣

This weekend looks GORGEOUS for the Huxley Spooktacular & we are gearing up to bring you a trailer full of goodness to choose from while you enjoy all the activities! Are you coming for the kids trick-or-treating? Adult trick-or-treating? To watch the bands? Have a good drink? All the food? To look at all the costumes? SO MANY CHOICES! 🎃

If I told you we drove 7hrs just so I could walk for hours on gravel roads with endless colors like this, encounter 4 wolves, lots of chipmunks, hundreds of squirrels, a few ruffed grouse, a couple woodcock, millions of ticks, & get visited by who knows what kind of creature at 2am while tent camping, then turned around less than 24hrs later to make it back to start work again... would you believe me?

Remember when I posted about our little getaway to Cable/Hayward, WI this Summer & made the comment that if you're really into leaf peeping, you might wanna check it out? Well, do you trust me now? 🍁🍁

As a new part of the Huxley Spooktacular this year, there's ADULT trick-or-treating, cause you know, why do we stop with the fun things of the holidays when we're older?! My question to you, if you're walking through, what would you be excited about most to get in your bag?! Handful of random candy? One king size bar? A soda? A sugar cookie? A coupon? Let me hear it!

I am so ready & excited for Spooky Season!! Serious question for the group below!

We will have all your spooky treats in the treat trailer for the Huxley Spooktacular on the 24th from 4:30-9pm. BUT we also planned to have open hours on Saturday the 31st... so... the question is, if you want to come on the 31st would you want morning hours (8-11am) or evening hours (3-6pm)? Let me know so I can nail down a time & start planning 👻🎃🦇🐈‍⬛️🧛🏻‍♀️🧟‍♀️🕸

I know there is a group of people who (rightfully so) watch my stories like HAWKS the day after when they know we have an event day ... I am happy (??) to say that no, you didn't miss extra sale day, we actually sold out of every. single. item. on the treat trailer before noon on Saturday 🥰🫠 Were you someone who snagged an item or even one of the new items? What was your favorite? Next time you can grab items will be at the Huxley Spooktacular on the 24th! Come for the sweets, stay for the Spooktacularly amazing fun!!

Can't let the first day of October pass us by without acknowledging the official countdown to the 𝗛𝗨𝗫𝗟𝗘𝗬 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗥!!!

NEW this year will be a 𝗣𝗜𝗘 𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 sponsored by Iowa Plains Signing, Inc.! This will be held in between our two bands (School of Rock and Burnin' Sensations)—so right after the conclusion of the kids trick-or-treating portion of our evening (which runs 4:30 to 6:00).

We will have 10 slots available. Sign up at the event—look for the sign at the corner of Railway Street and Main Avenue.
