Easy Lamb Kabobs 🔥

Ingredients:
• Ground lamb
• Black beans
• Turmeric
• Oregano
• Garlic powder
• Sumac
• Chili flakes
• Onion
• Black pepper
• Paprika
• Lemon

Steps:
Mix the ground lamb, black beans, turmeric, oregano, garlic powder, sumac, chili flakes, and onion together.
Flatten everything into a baking dish and top with black pepper + paprika.
Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
Then switch the oven to broil for 5 minutes to get some extra color.
Finish with fresh lemon juice, chop into cubes, and enjoy 😮‍🔥

Ground Bison with a Creamy Herb Sauce 🔥

This is one of those one-pan meals that comes together EASY.
Ingredients:
• Ground bison (or any ground meat)
• Onion
• Garlic
• Chickpeas or beans of choice
• Chicken stock
• Miso paste
• Coconut milk or heavy cream
• Parsley
• Lemon
• Chili flakes
• Oil
• Your favorite dried herbs + spices

Steps:
Sauté onion + garlic in oil until fragrant
Add your spices and dried herbs to bloom them
Add ground bison and break it up while cooking
Add chickpeas/beans for extra fiber
Remove the cooked bison from the pan
Deglaze with chicken stock
Mix in 1 tbsp miso paste + more garlic
Add coconut milk or heavy cream
Once the sauce bubbles and thickens, finish with lemon, chili flakes, and parsley
One pan. Big flavor. Minimal stress.

Orange Chicken 🍊🔥

Marinade:
Paprika, white pepper, garlic & herb seasoning, ½ tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp arrowroot (or cornstarch)

Mix into thinly sliced chicken and let sit 40–60 min

Sauce:
Oyster sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, orange marmalade

Steps:
Heat pan to medium-high
Cook chicken in batches until browned (not fully cooked)
Remove, then sauté onion + garlic (chickpeas optional)
Add chicken back in
Pour in sauce + cook 3–5 min until everything comes together
