A big shout out to Alissa Lane, Carlette Farm's resident Equine Health Manager, who worked with one of our horses that has cribbed for years. Slowly, over time, she was able to remove his cribbing collar with NO MORE CRIBBING! Go Alissa!

Thanks to everyone who came out to our Spring Schooling Hunter Pace today. Thanks especially to the volunteers who came out to help the day go smoothly. The weather was warm, but the cloud cover helped make the day enjoyable!

Hey, have you ever wanted to be part of the action at a hunter pace? We are looking for 1 or 2 horse savvy people to help at our rest stop this Saturday June 6th. You must be a confident and experienced horse person, comfortable walking up to mounted riders to give them water. As a thank-you, we will give you and a friend a day pass to ride our property.

Registration is now open for the 2026 Locust Hill Spring Schooling Hunter Pace on Saturday June 6, 2026!

Early bird pricing in affect until May 26th.

First team off at 8:30am. Generally, our schooling paces are less well attended so teams may leave any time between 8:30am and 11:00am.
