Join us for farm-to-table American fare at American Bounty, contemporary French cuisine at The Bocuse Restaurant, or regional authentic Italian cuisine at Ristorante Caterina de' Medici. The CIA NY Restaurants are student-run, faculty-led teaching restaurants at The Culinary Institute of America. These students are in their final culinary or baking courses, and will soon graduate to become top che

fs or continue in their studies to become future leaders, entrepreneurs, or innovators in the food industry. Students spend a semester perfecting the inner workings of a real-world restaurant as part of their Hospitality and Service, and Restaurant Operations courses. Your patronage helps to provide them with the experience they need to continue advancing their skills. American Bounty and The Bocuse Restaurant are currently open for lunch and dinner. Ristorante Caterina de' Medici is currently open for dinner only. Closed on Sunday, Monday, and major holidays. Please see our full list of closings below:

Moveable Feast happens every year at CIA — an exploration of all our New York restaurants through a progressive dinner, and this year’s event did not disappoint. 🍽️

Guests’ passports are stamped at each location and musical acts guide you through the storied halls and green courtyards of campus. Guests move from The Bocuse Restaurant, American Bounty Restaurant, and Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici for each course, experiencing the best of each location.

Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici is serving up the brightest dishes to our guests this week as graduation approaches. Our Spring Break is from April 17-29, and while the restaurants may be closed during break, we’ll leave you with these stunning plates.

The Steak Tartare at The Bocuse Restaurant is a bright and rich start to the perfect spring meal. 🌺

Our signature Truffle Soup V.G.E. was luxurious as always, in a perfectly flaky puff pastry, and the BeauSoliel Oysters transported us to a coastal state of mind.

The Peppercorn Crusted Beef Strip Loin will be featured on our upcoming spring menu and is served with Cordoon fries and an herb mayonnaise, grilled asparagus, black trumpet mushrooms, black garlic gel, and a peppercorn brandy jus.

The dog days of winter are over, let’s celebrate with a beautiful meal.
