Who loves malt? Sure we love a nice crisp lager or aromatic IPA but sometimes malty beers hit the spot! Ale le Carte Amber is a celebration of local grains from New York Dennis Nesel with rich toasty barley, lightly spicy rye and bready wheat flavors and aromas all balanced by some subtle fruity NY hops.

In our Culinary Fundamentals class (aka "Fundies") our students hone their knife skills by practicing on potatoes...a lot of potatoes. So we decided to use those spuds in beer! Fundies is a light bodied and crisp American Lager brewed with barley and potatoes. It's bright, refreshing, and the perfect addition to your weekend! Being part of the Craft Beer industry in New York doesn't just mean brewing beer. Talking with customers, working with retailers, and engaging with legislators are important parts of the job. This week the NYS Brewers Association spent time in Albany meeting with members of the legislature to discuss issues vital to the success of all small breweries...and of course we got to share a beer. No matter where you live, if you love your local brewery reach out to your Senator or Assemblymember and let them know! Cheers, Hutch 🍻

Today is the big day! April 11, 2026 is the 2nd annual New York Craft Beer Day! It's a beautiful Saturday and the perfect day to come visit us to enjoy one of our student-brewed beers. All term long our students have been studying, working, researching, and learning the art & science of brewing to get to this moment...the release of our new Class Project! Oh My Gose is our new sour beer brewed with mango, sea salt, and coriander. It's bright, fruity, floral, and delightfully refreshing! Come give it a try and grab some cans to take home.
