It's almost gone!

We're down to our last few cases of the 2020 Gravitas. The fourth release of our fan-favorite wine comes from possibly our best vintage ever. It's complex and lush and bold - just like we like it!

We've still got tasting reservations available this weekend if you want to taste it. You can also stop by anytime or jump on our website to grab your bottle.

Throwback Thursday to our last wine dinner at Feast and Merriment! Still dreaming about that amazing meal that paired so perfectly with our wines. Can't wait for the next ones July 10th & 11th when we celebrate Bastille Day and all things France. Allocation List Members, we still have a few seats left both nights, but they're selling fast!

Have you tried our newest Wine Tasting Experience yet?

Our Prestige Tasting began just this Spring. Prestige in French means respect or admiration. For this experience, we've selected wines that we hope will have you leaving with respect and admiration for what we do.

You'll enjoy three pairs of wines poured side by side. Offerings include Library, Allocated, or Current Release wines. It's an educational, comparative tasting that showcases some of the many variations in wine production that lead to the creation of unique wines, including vintage variations, aging decisions, vine age, vineyard location, etc.

They're back! After three years aging in barrel and two years in bottle, our signature Bordeaux blends are ready to be released.

They're the final two releases from a vintage that could be our best ever, 2020.

The Right Bank (RD) is again Cabernet Franc dominant, along with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It also received a score of 95 points from Decanter Magazine!

The Left Bank (RG) is, as always, mostly Cabernet Sauvignon. The next biggest portion is actually Petit Verdot, followed by a bit of Carménère. And not to be outdone, it received a score of 96 points from Jonathan Cristaldi.

They're both bold, lush, and age worthy - a perfect exclamation mark on a fantastic year!

Allocation Members - have you taken advantage of the Spring Allocation release yet?

Released just earlier this month, we have the return of our Blue Mountain Trail Cabernet Sauvignon from Fort Davis in Far West Texas! In 2021, this vineyard proved why it is so special, producing gorgeous, tiny clusters that were hand harvested, cold-soaked, slow fermented, and then kept on the skins for extended maceration. The result is a bold, layered wine with immense flavor and aging potential.

Along with it, we have just our third-ever release of a Cabernet Franc Reserve! It's 100%, single-varietal from Newsom Vineyards and also the 2021 vintage. The hotter, dryer year in the High Plains created small berries that were intensely ripe. The resulting wine is lush with concentrated aromas and flavors, yet has a well-balanced palate.

At only about 120 cases produced for both wines, don't wait too long - these amazing wines will go fast!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Winemaker's Dinner at The Harvey in Fredericksburg. It was an amazing evening! What a beautiful venue, and of course the food was amazing. Can't wait to do it again!
