Hye, Texas is no stranger to history.

This little building has lived a lot of lives. This weekend, we got to add our story to its walls. Seeing this historic space filled with smiling faces, shared conversations, and glasses of Texas sparkling wine meant more than we can put into words.

We couldn’t have done it without every single person who came out, raised a glass, and helped make this place feel warm, welcoming, and full of life. Just as we hoped it would be.

Grateful doesn’t quite cover it.

Here’s to honoring the history that came before us and to the story we’re still writing—one bubble at a time. 🥂✨

This space represents years of dreaming, planning, and believing in what Texas sparkling wine can be. We’re proud to open the doors and even more excited for all the celebrations ahead.

We are taking over the historic Hye Post Office.

Right now our team is busy transforming the building into our new sparkling tasting room, Rebecca Caroline, which we’re hoping to open in May (fingers crossed).

At the moment it’s mostly ladders, lumber, and a little Hill Country dust… but the vision is starting to come to life.

Chris took a little time to walk through the space and share what’s ahead for Rebecca Caroline and this storied little building in Hye.

We’re thrilled to be launching our sparkling program in a place that’s been about connection and correspondence for generations.
