You guys literally sold us out of our Original !! So we knew we had to launch another one. So here is our cozy cinnamon oat pancakes 💛

10/05/2026

Cinnamon oat pancakes that taste like fall and have a clean ingredient list, because you shouldn’t have to choose between the two. 🍂

Our new gluten-free Cinnamon Oat mix starts with sprouted oats and a blend of buckwheat, almond, and coconut flour, then gets its sweetness from date powder and cinnamon instead of refined sugar. Chia, flax, and pumpkin seed meal bring fiber and a nutty depth, while arrowroot, sea salt, and aluminum-free baking powder handle the fluffy part. Everything is organic, and there are 0 additives anywhere in the bag.

☀️ IT’S HERE ☀️ Straight out of the SOL Food family kitchen and ready for yours!

Cinnamon Oat Pancake Mix started as something she kept tinkering with until it tasted exactly how she wanted: warm, cozy, a little nutty, and good enough that nobody at the table thinks to ask whether it’s gluten-free.

Today it’s officially yours, made with the same organic seed-and-grain blend as the rest of SOL Food, sweetened with date powder, with 0 refined sugars and 0 additives.

Make your first stack and tag us, because we want to see it.
