🗣️ Registration is now open for Choctaw Language Zoom Classes!

Whether you are just starting your language journey or looking to enhance your existing skills, these FREE classes offer a fantastic opportunity to learn Chahta Anumpa from the comfort of your home. Each course meets once a week for 10 weeks and follows a structured curriculum designed to promote language growth.

Classes begin on September 14. Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll, and a reliable internet connection is required.

A rare opportunity to learn from a leader in predictive microbiology is coming to FAPC.

Dr. Vijaya Juneja, USDA-ARS lead scientist in predictive microbiology, will lead a hands-on learning experience Sept. 22 at FAPC.

Participants will explore foodborne pathogens, microbial modeling and minimally processed foods, see how predictive tools can support practical food safety decisions, and use predictive microbiology software during the session.
